Ziehst Du immer wieder Menschen an, die emotional nicht verfügbar sind? Vermeider oder Liebesüberschütter?

Lerne die Dynamik der wirkenden Mächte kennen. Erfahre, was z.B. hinter einem unerwarteten Rückzug, Ghosting oder Gaslighting steckt und was Du tun kannst, um künftig von zuverlässigen, aufrichtigen und Dich wertschätzenden Menschen umgeben zu sein.

Dieser Workshop geht weit über die Kategorisierung von Bindungsstilen oder -typen hinaus und in die Tiefe dessen, was die jeweilige Ausprägung der Verbindung antreibt und wie Du diese treibenden Kräfte so verändern kannst, dass sie liebevolle, achtsame, respektvolle und wertschätzende Verbindungen schafft.

Spüre auf einer inneren Reise, dass Du gut bist, wie Du bist auch mit Angst, Scham oder Schuldgefühlen. Und nimm' dabei wahr, das aus diesem Gefühl heraus alles für Dich möglich ist! Magie eben.
